After surveying materials that are not supposed to be used further at their former location, many scenarios can be relevant.
It may be re-used in a moving project where new buildings are furnished, it may be advertised at the internal marketplace and picked up from other employees or members of the company account, or in some cases it may be given away to external stakeholders.
External stakeholders may be tenants, neighboring companies, private, NGOs, non-profit organizations, or others. The case of something to be given away may often occur when there is no internal interest in the surplus material.
In the occurrence that something is given away, the material should not remain in the Inventory, as it is no longer in your ownership. If the material is not transferred to an existing Loopfront account (through the External marketplace) it should be given away in the Inventory.
