How to contact your admin, get guidance or report technical problems in Loopfront
If you experience any problems, you can access the "contact support"-button by clicking on your profile-icon in the top right corner.
Here you will get three options for support: Admin support, Knowledgebase, Technical support. Read more below about each of the support-options.
Admin support
If you are experiencing problems with your permissions and user role, you can contact your admin. For example if you are not able to order or add a listing on the marketplace or dont have access to a location you are going to survey on, add a listing to, or order to.
Admins can add their email-adress to the support-section
Admin can go to organization settings / Custom / Custom support - turn on the button so that it's green and add an email adress and / or phone number before saving.
This contact info will then be available for all users within that organization if they click on the "contact support"-button.
Note: If you have questions to marketplace listings or orders, then please contact the person responsible for this. This can be questions such as "what are the dimensions", "is this still available", or "when can i pick up?"

If you have any questions about functionality in Loopfront, you can find articles here in Knowledgebase with step by step guides and relevant screenshots.
Here you can search for relevant articles by writing in keywords related to your question.
You can also ask questions directly to our chatbot LoopTron which is trained on all the information in Knowledgebase and our website. LoopTron is available by clicking on the green speech-bubble in the bottom right corner. Write your question in any language, and LoopTron will respond with answers in the same language!
