Who has access to the internal marketplace?

All users in your own organisation have access to view all listings on the internal Marketplace, but actions of order and in the order flow are differentiated. 

• Observers may not place an order or perform any steps in the order flow.
• Buyers may place an order, but not confirm it or any pending order. Buyers can also confirm arrival of their own orders.
• Members and administrators may actively manage an order status.
