So, what are the important steps to success?
- Ensure to anchor goals and ambitions with the management.
- Set aside capacity for the survey or hire surveyors from fitting competence. Surveyors can be:
- Internals
- Consultants
- Interior architects
- Moving responsible
- Students or pupils
- Onboard all project participants on the goal and ambition of the project, and also in the Loopfront platform if they are supposed to participate actively there.
- Consider at an early stage whether a storage facility is necessary to be able to save as much of your belongings as possible from the bulk waste container. It often depends on your project timeline, and at what time you have made your survey. The earlier you survey, the more time to plan, sketch, and decide on the furnishing at the new site with reused furniture.
- Ally with the interior architect early in the project to both promote circularity in the project and the furnishing plan and ensure they are onboarded well in Loopfront to plan and decide what is to be used in the coming office location.
- This might need some technical solutions in your ecosystem, giving the interior architect a space to play.
- Create locations for the upcoming project with a TBD (To be decided) remark.
- Use moving functionality without adding savings when the interior architect experiment with various solutions and designs for the furnishing plan.
- Use the material button on the location page to always have an eye on what's in the plans for the coming project.
- If necessary, take contact with us at support@loopfront.com to have a chat with our circular advisers. We can support you when you do this for the very first time.
