How to save, edit and get notifications on your searches on the marketplace
Get notified of new listings matching your search: Saving searches can be used as a tool for getting notified of any new listings appearing on the marketplace that matches your search.
Create shortcuts to your frequently used filters: Saved searches can also be used as shortcuts to specific filters you are frequently using when you are working in the marketplace-section of Loopfront. (For instance, if you are mostly searching for office furniture or outdoors building components you can save those specific searches and easily filter the marketplace on these types of products).
How to save a search on the marketplace
If you are searching for a product on the internal or on the external marketplace, and cannot find any results for what you are looking for, you will get a suggestion to save your search. Click on "save current search".
A window will appear showing you details about your search. Here you have to add a name to your saved search to help you identify your saved search for later.
Name your saved search and click on "save search".
You can also save your searches on the marketplace by clicking on the "saved" - button with a bookmark symbol above the listings on the marketplace. Click then on "save current search + " in the drop down menu to save your current search.

How to filter the marketplace by your saved searches
On both the internal and external marketplace you can see a "saved" - button with a bookmark symbol above the listings on the marketplace.
When you click on the "saved"-button you will see a list of your previously saved searches, as well as a "save current search + " button to save your current filtering on the marketplace if you have applied any filters. Click on the saved search you would like to filter the marketplace by.
How to see and edit your saved searches on the marketplace
Saved searches are located in the new "Saved searches" section in the side navigation and you can manage them there. Here you will see a list of your saved searches. You can sort your saved searches by oldest, newest and alphabetically on the name of your saved search. 
You can also filter your saved searches by keywords by clicking on the filter button above your saved searches.
To delete any of your saved searches, click on the bin-icon to the right of your saved search.
To edit any of your saved searches click on the edit button to the right of your saved search.
Here you can edit the name of your saved search and sort it by newest, closest to you, soonest available, latest available, oldest, newest, lowest or highest price as well as alphabetically.
To edit more filters on your saved search, click on the arrow down button next to "filters". Here you will get a list of all filters and see the current filters you have applied to your saved search. Edit the filters you would like to change and click on "save changes" to update your saved search.
Notifications about matches with your saved searches on the marketplace
Whenever a new listing is made available on the marketplace that matches any of your saved searches, you will be notified in the platform as well as by email. Read more about notifications in Loopfront here.
