How to remove objects from inventory or mark them as given away.
If you want to remove objects from your inventory, you can delete them or mark them as given away. Click on the product in inventory, and find the objects you are looking for in the list of objects.
Manage actions for objects
Click on the check-box to the left of the object(s) in the lists, and an "actions"-button will appear above. You can also adjust the selected amount of objects in a bulk by editing the number, before clicking on the action-button.
Click on the "Actions"-button to chose which action you would like to carry out for the chosen object(s). Click on the action you would like to carry out, to go to the next step.
Note: In some cases, specific actions may not be possible for your selected objects.
For instance, you cannot create a listing, change status, move or remove an object that is already listed on the marketplace (to carry out these actions, you would have to first remove the listing on the marketplace).
Given away
You can register when you give away your objects to others outside your organization (who are not users in Loopfront) to remove them from your system while registering the savings for your reports. Select the object(s) you would like to mark as "given away" and select this option from the drop down menu below "Actions".
Note: If you give away this object, this will be counted as savings in your reports and the object will no longer be in your inventory. If this object was not reused, remove it instead.

Finally click on "Given away", and the object(s) will be removed from your system while the savings will be registered for your reports!
Remove
To remove object(s) from your inventory, click on "Remove" in the actions-menu. Note that this is an irreversible action, and the chosen object(s) will be removed from your system.
