Which data fields on materials are mandatory?
When adding materials you will notice that most data field headings are marked as “optional”.
A small selection of fields are, however, mandatory to fill out. These are all found at the beginning of the form under “Basic information”:
- Location
- Photos
- Title
- Category and Subcategory
- Quantity: amount and unit
Some data fields have multiple choice options. These are not mandatory.
The default selection is typically “unknown”:
