Order flow - who does what?


The digital order flow is available to users according to their access level and role. 

The plattform does not yet have the option of assigning tasks or responsibilities for the order flow to specific users, such as transport service providers.

It is therefore up to your organisation to decide and manage who does what, both physically and digitally.

The following tasks are typically managed outside the platform:

  • Select which physical items to include in the order, and select the correct digital QR codes or ID numbers in the order details
  • Make arrangements for physical transportation: 
    • Select service provider 
    • Determine necessary packaging and transportation safety measures
    • Set a date for transportation
    • Access to the current location
      • Pick-up point coordinates 
      • Parking regulations 
      • Sign-in procedures
      • Time slots, etc
  • Invoicing or direct payment solution for the ordered materials

Tip: Use "Order notes" under each order to communicate and delegate tasks.
