Need help with functionality?

If you need help figuring something out, your sources of help are:

  1. The Knowledge base - articles explaining how the platform works
  2. Your organization's administrators or super users: Check if someone around you can help
  3. Loopfront: open a support ticket via support@loopfront.com 

Support tickets are handled by Loopfront according to your organization's contract - hours spent solving tickets may be subject to invoicing.

Note that your organization may have established routines for how to solve things internally without 'spending' Loopfront support hours - check with local administrators.


You can launch an e-mail to our support desk directly from the plattform.
