The first route to Loopfront is for many through an invitation from an active ecosystem (an organization's account). This route has some necessary steps to be done:
- The invitation must be sent to your email by the organization's administrator
- The invitation must arrive in your inbox - if not, ask your administrator contact to send you an invitation link manually
- To accept the invitation you must first click the button or link and get directed to a create or login window.
- In the create or login window either
- Create your user account if it's your first time in Loopfront
- Log in with your user account if you have a user account that already exists.
- When chosen either a or b, you are directed to the ecosystem an the invitation is successfully accepted.
In detail:
The e-mail addresses being invited will receive an automatic e-mail from the platform, informing them that an invitation is pending and asking them to accept the invitation.
If the user does not already exist in the Loopfront database, the user will be directed to the sign-up form to create an account when accepting the invitation. Once confirmed, their accounts will automatically be added to the user list in your organization.
NB! Have you not entered/logged in to Loopfront before, then click "Create Account".
Invitation to multiple organizations
Since October 2022, an e-mail can receive an invitation to more than one organization.
If you have successfully received and accepted an invitation to your second ecosystem, a new option will appear at the top right of your desktop browser or at the bottom of your menu list in the mobile browser.

In the dropdown menu that appears when clicking on "Change organization" (the two-way arrow icon), you can choose between all organizations you currently have access to.
When clicking "Save" your browser will switch organization and bring you to the Location page of the one you selected.
