How do I report reuse by donations or sales out of my organization stock to a non-Loopfront organization?

This article describes how materials can be removed from your Inventory but still get reported in your Reuse Reports.

There might be cases where your surveyed material does not continue to be your belonging, but you ensure it is being reused by someone else. Preferably you sell it through the Loopfront marketplace to ensure its data is maintained and living further, but in some cases, this is not relevant or possible. 

It can be that you donate your material to a non-profit organization that does not have funds or reason to maintain data in Loopfront, or the buyer has not considered subscribing to Loopfront yet. Still, you would like to keep your own organization tidy, as the data for these materials are not relevant to you anymore. Considering the aspect that the materials of the subject are not part of your belongings going further.

So this is how you remove the data from Loopfront, but simultaneously saving the Reuse for your reports:

1. Go to the relevant Material card.
   
   
2. Click on the three dots in the right corner of the card's description page.
   
   
3. Click on "given away"
   
   
4. In the pop-up window that follows, clik on "given away".
   
   
5. And that's it! The material is then removed from your Inventory but still has been reported to your Reuse Reports.
