How do I change our Loopfront subscription?

In the Loopfront platform, you can either upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription by the following steps:

  1. Head to the account settings:

    Marked with a gear icon and your account name.
  2. Go to the Subscription tab where the subscription plan and the limit of locations can be read:
  3. Choose either Cancel subscription or Change subscription
  4. If you choose to Change subscription, you will be taken to a subscription page. Choose which plan you want to select by the Select plan button. Click Compare plans to be taken to our website where the plans included offers are presented in a comparable table.  

    Note: Subscriptions has a limited related to registered locations. If you proceed the limits, a package upgrade is needed. Take contact with us if you have questions.
  5. A form will show up, and you might have to fill in the form if your organization has not yet filled in account billing details.
                        
  6. If you choose to Cancel subscription, you will be led to a form. Enter the form, and a Loopfront representative will get in touch with you.
