Which data fields are mandatory when creating a location?


When registering a new location, you will notice that some information fields are marked as - optional by the title field.

A small selection of fields are, however, mandatory to fill out. The following data fields are mandatory:

  • Location name
  • Location address: Note that the location address needs to be an existing address.
  • Building floors

 

Some data fields have multiple choice options that are set to default choices. It applies to:

  • Location type
  • Has the building been renovated?
  • Planed / ongoing construction activity
