Insights on the Reports page always show live data for your organization:
Hovering your cursor on the “(i)” icons in a laptop browser will provide more information about data coverage for the various indicators.
Realized savings represents the sum of all arrived orders.
Planned savings represents the sum of all orders that have been placed that have not arrived yet.
Financial savings are sums of entered retail value for your materials, listed as your default currency.
Emission savings are sums of the estimated carbon footprint, listed as kg CO2-equivalents. The number is a sum of the manually entered values and the automatic estimates provided.
When surveying materials, the proxy values are available for a small number of categories. If the category selected contains a proxy value, it looks like this in the material registration form:
Waste savings are sums of the material weight, listed as kg. The percentage indicates the proportion saved compared to the sum of all registered material weights. Planned savings indicate the savings that will be realized when all ongoing orders are fulfilled.
The number in the fraction shows how many orders that have values that have been counted vs the total number of orders.
Now you can define a time range for your location specific savings reports:
Incoming savings represent the savings that result from all incoming orders, including orders from a storage.
Outgoing savings represent the savings that result from an outgoing order, excluding outgoing orders to a storage.
Orders to a storage location do not count as a saving in the Reports section.
